Strength & Conditioning

An often overlooked class, Conditioning is what sets Studio 27 apart from the rest. Conditioning ensures that dancers are trained not only in the style of their choosing, but are also taught to isolate and value the various muscle groups that are essential for progression in our range of styles. Our conditioning classes are a combination of core strength, stretching and flexibility, ensuring that our dancers are dancers with strong, controlled and flexible bodies.
